Janet Oh

Janet Hyojo Oh is a Korean American writer and producer based in NYC. By day, she manages complex administration at NYU; by night, she bridges the gap between emerging talent and the professional industry as Co-Showrunner for the JHRTS NY Writers' Room Program and Executive Board Member on the NYU Arts & Entertainment Alumni Network. 

An NYU Tisch alumna and Professional Writing MS candidate, Janet is all about connecting people and demystifying the business. Her TV pilot script, We Meet Again, earned an NJ State Council on the Arts grant, and her short films have received numerous festival recognitions. Janet is dedicated to creating powerful Asian American stories and pathways for underrepresented voices.
