Heather Roymans

Partner & Director

Heather Roymans is an award-winning director and storyteller driven by boundless curiosity, respect, and vision. Passionate about uncovering overlooked and muted stories, she views her role as a director as a sanctuary where individuals can explore and share their own unique narratives. Through cinematic, documentary-style non-fiction work, Heather has helped amplify the voices of real people whose lives have been touched or transformed by brands and nonprofit organizations.

Her journey into storytelling was unconventional. Instead of attending film school, Heather pursued a degree in Peace & Conflict Resolution, a path that allowed her to hone her greatest skill: the art of listening. This skill has been pivotal in her work, as she believes that the world offers endless inspiration and opportunities for growth. Creativity, in Heather’s view, is developed through dedication, imagination, and a deep love for storytelling—principles she has refined over time through both study and real-world experience.

Throughout her career, Heather has partnered with renowned brands such as National Geographic, Samsung, Subaru, Mattel, PepsiCo, Marriott, and Mexico Tourism to produce powerful content that not only engages audiences but also creates lasting impact. Her ability to craft stories that resonate with diverse audiences has earned her industry accolades and recognition, solidifying her reputation as an innovative and impactful director.

Though Heather calls the East Coast home, her work takes her across the globe, filming in a wide range of locations that continually inspire her craft. Her lens captures not just the beauty of the world, but its complexities, with a focus on stories that deserve to be heard—stories that are often untold, yet transformative. As she continues to explore the world through her work, Heather remains dedicated to the belief that storytelling is a powerful tool for change, connection, and shared human experience.
