Hillary Cutter

Founder & EP, Cutter

Hillary Cutter is the founder of Cutter Entertainment. She is a renowned film executive & producer, curator of directorial talent, and fierce champion of the inclusion of women in entertainment from set to screen.

Cutter’s six-time award-winning documentary, "The Remix: Hip Hop x Fashion," won numerous Best Documentary awards at film festivals worldwide before being acquired by Netflix. Her series, “Mom Famous,” is now available on PeopleTV — PEOPLE and Parents magazine teamed up on the series aiming to give the public a closer look into the lives of mom influencers in Utah. Her most recent feature — filmed across Montana, Utah, Nevada, Idaho and Wyoming — "Every Man for Himself," is currently available on Amazon Prime Video.

In addition to her feature film and television credits, Cutter has developed innovative original programming which includes traditional advertising content and commercials, branded content, documentaries and social first content for clients such as Netflix, Condé Nast, The Walt Disney Company, Mercedes, Lego, Hulu, Amazon, ABC, P&G, and Universal.

While the reach of Cutter’s content spans platforms, genres, and lengths, every piece is produced according to the same ethos: Hillary’s belief that intention and creation should always align. Her tireless support of both crews and creatives has positioned her as a sought-after mentor and speaker in the industry.

Cutter is also the leading force behind Cutter Connections, a creative mentorship program in the field of film, advertising and entertainment, which is proud to have opened doorways for over 1000 female artists and creators to date.
