Severine Reisp is an award-winning German-American filmmaker based in New York City. With a background in ballet, she brings an intuitive sense of rhythm and movement to her work, crafting visually striking narratives with emotional depth.
As a Creative Producer and Director at Christie’s, the world’s leading auction house, Reisp has directed campaigns for iconic luxury brands like Nike, Cartier, Tiffany & Co., and Rolex, as well as for notable figures including Richard Gere and Diane von Fürstenberg. Her work has earned her three Telly Awards, celebrating her talent for creating elegant, story-driven content.
Reisp also serves as an in-house creative producer at Marathon Digital, producing content for award-winning Broadway productions such as Hamilton, Hadestown, Stereophonic, and The Outsiders.
Her short films have won numerous awards at international festivals. Her latest, Deceive, starring Dandara Veiga and Marty Lawson and shot by Emmy-winner Wolfgang Held, A.S.C., follows an abuse survivor’s path to healing through dance. It won Best Cinematography at the Paris Arts and Movie Awards and the Audience Choice Award at Yonkers Film Festival.
In 2024, Reisp was selected for SHOOT’s ND Showcase, recognizing top emerging directors in advertising and entertainment. She is represented by Cutter Entertainment and continues to tell bold, visually poetic stories across mediums.
